What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- Participants are advised to be 7 years of age or older and under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult guardian

- Please send your confirmation slip to the staff when you board the ship
- If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or any other acute or chronic disease or an elderly person, be sure to state your condition before placing an order and determine whether you can travel
- In order to ensure normal travel, you are advised to make a reservation 7 days prior to the start of the trip
- Passengers are not present or didn't use the product on that very day will be automatically considered as giving up the product and refund is not allowed
