How To Use
- Meeting point: Main lobby of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in front of the large Pharaoh statue to the right of the information desk.
- Arrive 15 minutes early; look for a guide with a green Walks sign.
- Tour duration and start time depend on your booking; some packages include rooftop garden visit (October to May, per museum schedule).
- If you can't use the main stairs, use the ground entrance near 81st St. & 5th Ave.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
