What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Please note that Casa Milan will be closed on Easter day 9th April 2023
- This is an open ticket valid for six months from the date of purchase
- Show the ticket (printed or on your smartphone) at the museum's entrance
- The museum is open every day from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (last entrance at 6.00 pm)
- On 1st May, 15th August, 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st, 2nd January Casa Milan remains closed
- Free of charge: children 0-6 years, disabled people
