• We recommend booking no earlier than 3 working days prior to departure. We will confirm your trip and reply to your message within 24 hours, or no more than 3 working days in case of peak orders. If sold out, we will offer you other options or cancel your order
• For attractions with upgrade options or to be purchased on the day of travel, please pay directly to the attraction
• Non-activated Explorer passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
• Your pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction. It'll have 60 days from first use to visit your remaining attractions.
• The Go City app is your key to exploring New York. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and then follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app. Once you arrive in New York, all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.
• Plus, we've loaded the app with plenty of useful attraction info, itineraries, and much more to make planning and exploring even easier.
• If you're traveling with a group of 10 or more, you may be eligible for a group discount, please contact customer service for more information
• No other discounts for seniors, military or students
• You can ONLY visit each attraction once.
• New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise.
