Starting from New York in the morning, today we will take you to visit one of the world’s top private universities at Cornell University! We will walk around the campus and enjoy the beautiful views of the architectures. Then head to Taughannock Falls State Park. It features hiking and nature trails, tent and trailer sites, cabin rentals, several picnic areas, beach swimming, fishing, playground areas. Following, we will head to the Americana Vineyards Winery, which offers historical charm to ease into your adventures with delectable wines, meals, and even homemade fudge.

Cornell University
Cornell University was founded in 1865. It is the only new force among the eight Ivy League schools that was founded after the American Revolutionary War. Cornell's tolerance and care have brought together students from all over the world. The collision and integration of different cultures have formed the unique cultural atmosphere of this university. The school is located high on the hillside, full of pure natural charm. It is poetic and picturesque here, with buildings combining British and American styles everywhere. Strolling around the campus, you can feel the unique flavor of Ivy League.
Taughannock Falls State Park
Taughannock Falls State Park's namesake waterfall is one of the outstanding natural attractions of the Northeast. Taughannock Falls plunges 215 feet past rocky cliffs that tower nearly 400 feet above the gorge. Gorge and rim trails offer spectacular views from above the falls and from below at the end of the gorge trail. Campsites and cabins overlook Cayuga Lake, with marina, boat launch and beach nearby. A multi-use trail--hiking, cross-country skiing--winds past sledding slopes and natural skating ponds.
Americana Vineyards Winery
An 1820s swing barn turned winery, Americana offers historical charm to ease into your adventures with delectable wines, meals, and even homemade fudge. The LGBTQ-owned winery prides itself on knowing how to host a good time and create a sense of community for anyone who visits, starting from the moment you enter the property and are greeted by Maverick and Lilly--the owner’s two rescued labradors.

Day 2: Thousand Islands → New York
American Thousand Islands Boat Tour
In the morning, we will head to the Thousand Islands in the northeast corner of Lake Ontario, and take a cruise to enjoy the infinite scenery of Lake Ontario. Then we will return to New York.

If you had not been Niagara Falls before, I strongly recommended you to take part in this journey! Niagara Theater IMAX did not let me down, it was great, and simply narrate the history of falls in a relatively simple way. Although I am not an English-native speaker I could understand what this movie talked about.
