Booking and Confirmation Process
- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Open daily 11 AM - 8 PM, hourly slots
- Standard ticket: 6 years old and above (eligibility is based on the traveler's age on the travel date, calculated from their date of birth).
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
- Any booking changes should be requested through the on-line service directly. No on-site rescheduling will be accepted.
- Rescheduling: You may request a change to your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled visit. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply if the new time or date has a higher price. Tickets that have already been used or scanned cannot be rescheduled.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Your voucher must be exchanged in person for a timed-ticket at the Top of the Rock box office (between 8am-9pm).
- There is a security checkpoint for all visitors. Be mindful of the belongings you choose to bring with you. No weapons of any kind. Food and beverages are also not permitted.
- Once booked, no cancellations or changes can be made.
- The Weather Room Caf & Bar, located on Level 1 of the Observation Deck, pairs Top of the Rock’s sweeping cityscapes with elevated, locally-sourced casual fare.
- No matter the weather, Top of the Rock is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We always notify visitors about weather and visibility conditions prior to entry. Top of the Rock does not refund tickets for bad weather. We will gladly reissue your ticket for a future date and time, however. Occasionally portions of the deck are closed for safety reasons due to bad weather.
- You’can find restrooms on the 66th floor of Top of the Rock. The restrooms are accessible by elevator from the 67th floor.
- There are no private event spaces at Top of the Rock. Rockefeller Center however offers a wide range of private event space options, some with incredible views.
- Free WiFi is available throughout the entire Rockefeller Center campus. To log on, select “@Rock Center Free Wi-Fi” in your device Settings or Network Preference menu, complete the fields, and click “Accept & Connect.”
- Convenient parking for Rockefeller Center is located at 53 West 48th Street on the north side of 48th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. Top of the Rock guests are eligible for discounted parking which can be pre-purchased of accessed in advance.
