Booking and Confirmation Process

- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Use the e-voucher in the e-mail to exchange tickets at the ticket office.
- Please purchase 2 hours in advance so that the attraction does not treat you as a door guest and ask for another ticket.
- There is a 2-hour wait for ticket exchange after purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
