Set in a rainforest environment, Singapore Zoo's world-famous "Open Concept” offers the opportunity to experience and be inspired by the wonders of nature.
Home to more than 2,400 specimens of over 300 species, 34 per cent of which are threatened, the Zoo has attained a strong reputation internationally for its conservation initiatives and breeding programs. To better meet the healthcare needs of its animals and working towards its aspiration to become a leading global center of excellence for veterinary healthcare and research, a purpose-built Wildlife Healthcare and Research Center was set up in March 2006.
Annually, approximately 1.9 million visitors enjoy experiential learning journeys at the 26-hectare award-winning Zoo. Singapore Zoo is part of Wildlife Reserves Singapore. What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- From 27th May to 27th August 2023 the ticket includes Singapore Zoo and Art-Zoo admission with tram ride
- Your ticket is valid for one entry only. Use your ticket to enter the attraction anytime on the date you selected at checkout
- Please bring a valid ID or passport as identification may be required upon redemption
- Infants (age 0-2) get free admission
- Opening hours are between 08.30 am and 06.00 pm. Last admission at 05.30 pm
- Splash Safari (approx. 20 mins) at Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre: 10:30 am, 05:00 am
- Animal Friends (approx. 20 mins) at Rainforest KidzWorld Amphitheatre: 01:30 pm, 04:00 pm
- Rainforest Fights Back (approx. 20 mins) at Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre: 12:00 pm, 2:30 pm
- Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes, WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation
- In the event of a dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail
