- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Venue Address: New York County
- Arrive 15 mins early; check in with guide to receive tickets.
- Present your smartphone voucher to the guide at the meeting point, outside Starbucks.
- For the guided tour: make sure to be at the meeting point by 09:30 - latecomers won't be waited for.
- For audio guide-only tickets: To begin your adventure, head to NYC's Battery Park and look for ‘The View at The Battery’ restaurant, where you will find the Statue Cruises security checkpoint. Please note that your tickets will be sent to you by the operator 24 hours before the tour, and you will need to show them at the checkpoint.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot join and are non-refundable.
- Please note that access to the ferry is not permitted with suitcases, scooters or other bulky objects. The supplier will not be responsible in case you are not allowed access with any of these items.
- Children under 2 can join for free
- Audio guides( if selected) will be sent 24 hours in advance for download
- On days where the volume of visitors may be higher, such as holidays, there may be long lines to enter the ferry, monuments, or museums
- Cancel 2 days before the date of use can get 90% partial refund.
