Everglades National Park, located in southern Florida, is the largest subtropical wetland park in the United States and the third-largest national park in the country. Covering approximately 1.4 million acres, it is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including birds and alligators. The park has multiple entrances, with the main entrance featuring a visitor center where you can pick up a park map and consult staff for directions. Driving, tour buses, sightseeing boats, hiking, and cycling are the main ways to explore the park. Water activities and jungle adventures require advance reservations.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Persons under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Booking requires providing accurate and complete information including full name, gender, valid contact (preferably mobile), and meeting location.
- Guests must purchase tickets within the group; self-ticketing or use of CityPass is not permitted.
- Tour guides or drivers reserve the right to adjust touring sequence and stopping times based on weather and traffic conditions.
- In case of last-minute attraction closures or holidays, alternative sites will be arranged to ensure itinerary completeness.
- Children under 8 years old must use safety seats, rental fee $10/person/day; please notify in advance for preparation.
- Tour leader and driver may adjust vehicle and guiding arrangements due to uncontrollable factors such as weather and traffic.
- Valid ID with photo and paper or electronic itinerary must be carried.
- This is a group activity; mid-tour leave requires signing a waiver; no refunds for incomplete parts.
- Complimentary items not used due to transport, weather, or personal reasons are non-refundable.
- Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on the tour.
- Smoking is prohibited inside vehicles; designated smoking areas available.
- Due to rising fuel costs, starting May 18, 2026 departure dates, a traffic surcharge of $5/person/day applies, collected uniformly during the tour.
- Tourists must adhere strictly to the meeting time; vehicles will depart without waiting if late.
