early event access to select haunted houses starting at 5:30 p.m. (subject to change) - This event may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for children under the age of 13.

Booking and Confirmation Process
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Valid at Universal Studios Hollywood, located in Los Angeles, California.
- Admission permitted only after 2 PM, use e-voucher at main Universal Studios Hollywood entrance.
- Early access to select haunted houses starts at 5:30 PM, Super Nintendo World open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Ticket valid only on selected usage date; refer to official time for schedule.
- Check the UniversalStudiosHollywood.com/Halloween website prior to your arrival.
- Pick Up Your After 2 P.M. Day/Night Wristband – at the Front Gate entrance (turnstiles). Your wristband will allow you to stay inside the Park for Halloween Horror Nights.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Admission after 2 PM with early access to select haunted houses from 5:30 PM.
- Includes same-day admission to Super Nintendo™ World from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM; virtual reservations may be required.
- No outside food or drinks allowed. Event held rain or shine, no refunds or changes.
- Cosmetic masks are prohibited. Not recommended for children under 13 years old.
- Parking fees not included. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please assess COVID-19 risks; elderly and those with medical conditions should take caution.
