Itinerary
Virginia Cavern and Skyline Scenic 1-day Tour
Drive south to the Shenandoah National Park area in Virginia. Then enter the Luray Cave (also known as Luray Cave) to experience the wonders of nature. In the afternoon, you will drive into the famous Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. The national park is part of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It runs from north to south, narrow and slender. There is only one road named "Skyline Drive" running through the north and south of the park. If you are lucky enough to catch the clouds descending, driving on the Skyline Mountain Road will give you a feeling of flying in the clouds. On the way, you will stop at the observation deck to overlook the beautiful natural scenery of the valley and the ups and downs of the mountains in the distance, which will naturally make you feel excited. At the same time, you will also arrange a relaxing mountain hike to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. It is a must-see tourist attraction in Victoria.
Itinerary:
Washington D.C. → Luray Caverns (Optional, 120 mins) → Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park (120 mins) → Washington D.C.
Special notes:
1. Due to the Skyline Drive located across Shenandoah National Park, we enter from Thornton Gap and drive to north exit, this is a one-way tour and lasts 120 mins.
2. On the winding driveway on the mountains, we will stop at the overlooks to observe the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
3. We will also take an easy walk on one of the trails among the mountains. Total 45 for this trail (round trip). If the weather is extreme, the tour leader will cancel the trail trip, and add other stops properly.
4. During the period from 10/11/2023 to 11/11/2023, along the Skyline Highway, you will enjoy the poetic and colorful autumn scenery of Shenandoah National Park during the journey.
5. If the weather is extreme, we cannot enter into the National Park.

Luray Caverns
Lori Cave is the largest karst cave in the United States. In 1878, this prehistoric cave was rediscovered by chance. The largest body of water in the cave is Dream Lake, which is like a mirror, reflecting the clusters of stalactites of different lengths above. It is almost like stepping into this magical space. It is so beautiful that you can't bear to look away. There is also a unique stalactite organ in the cave. The whole cave is the organ. When the stalactites are struck, they will make organ-like music. This unprecedented special structure will surely open the eyes of visitors!

Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park
Shenandoah National Park is part of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It runs from north to south and is narrow and slender. There is only one road named "Skyline" running through the park from north to south. Because the road is built on the ridge, it is winding. If you are lucky enough to catch the clouds descending, driving on the Skyline Mountain Road will give you a feeling of flying in the clouds. You will stop at the observation deck on the way to overlook the beautiful natural scenery of the Shenandoah Valley and the ups and downs of the mountains in the distance. It is a must-see tourist attraction in Victoria.

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Cancellation policy: Cancel or reschedule 15 days before departure for full refund of the group fee; cancel 8-14 days before departure incur 50% group fee charge; cancel within 7 days or on the day of departure, no refund.
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant to join.
