How To Use

- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your preferred departure time.
- Show your smartphone ticket directly in the Red and White Fleet boarding line located on Pier 43 1/2, Fisherman's Wharf at Taylor St. and the Embarcadero
- We highly recommend that you plan ahead and account for possible traffic and/or parking delays
- It can get really chilly on the water, so don't forget to bring a jacket.
- Kids under 5 get in free.
- Streetcar: F to Jefferson & Taylor
- Car: We suggest entering "Red and White Fleet" into your GPS
- Due to capacity restrictions surrounding COVID-19 regulations, we ask that you take the cruise for the date and time purchased. If you think you are going to miss your cruise, please contact us at least 1-2 hours prior to the departure time to reschedule without penalty

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
