Booking and Confirmation Process
- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- The e-ticket must be printed and exchanged at the ticket office with the traveler's valid ID. (If it cannot be used due to non-printing, we will not refund or exchange it)
- The tour is 20 minutes long and departures every 15 minutes during the day. Ticket office closes 15 minutes before last scheduled departure.
- Valid only on the select date，ALL passengers including online ticket holders will board on a first-come, first-served basis. Tours are scheduled to depart every 15 minutes throughout the day.
- Child Ticket (6–12 years) must pay with Adult Ticket.Children aged 5 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Maid of the Mist can take a wheelchair onto the boat.
- Recommend leaving your stroller in the stroller parking provided. You can pick it up upon returning from your tour.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Although we provide each guest with a complimentary hooded rain poncho, you may get wet on the tour. Please dress accordingly.
- If the attraction is closed on the day due to force majeure, no further notice will be given. In this case, we can cancel without loss, but no additional compensation will be incurred. Please check the official website in advance.
- Maid of the Mist is wheelchair accessible.
- Refund Policy：Tickets/passes are non-refundable, non-transferable.
- All hours and operating schedules are subject to normal hours of operations, availability and weather conditions without notice.
- We open the 2020 departure dates in advance. You can book the tour in 2020 now. But we need to reconfirm your price. If the final price is different from the price on our site, you can choose to pay a surcharge or cancel the tour for free. And the itinerary which departs on 2020 may be adjusted a little when 2020 itinerary comes out. We will inform you if the itinerary change.
