What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- The Niagara City Cruises Funicular will remain closed until further notice.
- Children’s tickets cannot be purchased separately and must be booked together with adult tickets.
- All hours and operating schedules are subject to normal hours of operations, availability and weather conditions without notice.
- We open the 2020 departure dates in advance. You can book the tour in 2020 now. But we need to reconfirm your price. If the final price is different from the price on our site, you can choose to pay a surcharge or cancel the tour for free. And the itinerary which departs on 2020 may be adjusted a little when 2020 itinerary comes out. We will inform you if the itinerary change.

服务周到，出票挺快的，包含了进入码头的缆车和船票，绿幕的合成合影需要另花35加元购买，还挺坑的所以我没有购买。坐船全程大概也就十来分钟，开得挺快的，要提前备好雨衣，用免费发放的一次性雨衣不咋管用。我自备雨衣套上免费雨衣全身都没湿，鞋必须得穿洞洞鞋之类的方便走路的拖鞋，因为人很多还需要排队，但是井然有序没有插队的。
出票很快，减少了排队时间，不错的选择！
