What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- It is not permitted to bring bags, backpacks, suitcases or briefcases larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm into the site. You may leave them at the bag check free of charge
- Please note, during winter (November 1st to March 31st) the last entry is at 15.30 and the site closes at 17.00; during summer (April 1st to October 31st) the last entry is at 17.30 and the site closes at 19.00
- Please note that children under 18 years old enter for free and don't need a ticket
- Kindly note that due to a national festivity this experience will be open for visits free of charge on June 2nd and November 4th 2023
