What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- The downtown area can get very crowded and have lots of traffic during peak season and weekends. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking. The closest parking location is the Rivercenter Mall parking garage.
- Children under 6 years of age can't participate.
