Anchorage – Hatcher Pass – Anchorage

Please refer to the boarding location

We plan to depart from the designated hotel in the morning and head by car to the scenic Hatcher Pass. Nestled between Palmer and Willow, the Hatcher Pass area boasts extremely abundant plant resources and is a paradise for local residents seeking leisure and outings as well as self-driving enthusiasts. Amid the lush rolling mountains lie alpine glacial lakes dotted with beautiful wildflowers, all embodying the magnificent grandeur of Alaska. Bring your camera, as stunning landscape shots can be captured effortlessly along the way.

We will then proceed to Independence Mine State Historical Park en route. The abandoned gold mining site no longer retains its former prosperity, yet now welcomes visitors with its unique retro charm.

Afterwards, we will visit a distinctive local microbrewery. Alaska holds an indispensable position in America's beer industry, with local brewery brands featuring unique characteristics respectively. You can not only learn a little about local beer brewing in Alaska but also taste fresh craft beer (beer tasting fees are at your own expense; only those aged 21 and above are allowed to drink alcohol, and a valid ID shall be presented upon request).

We are expected to return to Anchorage between 17:00 and 17:30.

Dress Recommendation: Outdoor sports shoes and a lightweight warm jacket
