We depart from the hotel in Banff in the morning and catch distant views of Crowfoot Glacier along the way. Next, we arrive at Peyto Lake. In case of force majeure such as scenic area closure for maintenance, we will visit Waterfowl Lake as an alternative. This maple-leaf-shaped lake looks like a turquoise ribbon embedded in the valleys of the Canadian Rockies. Afterwards, we will have a self-paid buffet lunch at The Crossing. Then we continue along the picturesque Icefield Parkway (Highway 93) to reach the Icefield Centre. Here, you may take the self-paid Ice Explorer to travel across the Athabasca Glacier and witness the wonders shaped by nature over hundreds of millions of years. You can also step onto the 280-metre-high self-paid Skywalk to overlook the entire Sunwapta Valley. When mist and clouds drift around, you will feel as if you are walking among the clouds. Later, we head to Athabasca Falls, a waterfall formed by glacial meltwater erosion with a drop of 23 metres. Finally, we drive to the hotel in Jasper Town for check-in.

Starting from October 13, we will only stay at the scenic spots, and the Ice Explorer and Skywalk activities will not be arranged.
- In good weather: Guests may take an easy hike on the hills in front of the glacier (about 60 minutes) to get a close look at the glacial landscape.
- In bad weather: Following the tour guide's arrangement, we will view the glacier from a distance and add a visit to Waterfowl Lake to the itinerary.

We depart from the hotel in Jasper and pass by Medicine Lake, before arriving at Maligne Lake, the world's second largest glacial lake. You may take the seasonal optional Maligne Lake Cruise to sail across the 22-kilometre-long lake and approach Sprite Island, known as "the meeting place of gods". After the self-paid lunch at Maligne Lake, we head to Maligne Canyon, the longest and deepest canyon in the Canadian Rockies. Affected by the 2024 wildfires, this scenic spot may be replaced with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Bow Lake subject to the opening status of the national park. Carved by glacial erosion, the canyon features steep rocky cliffs and stunning scenery. Afterwards, we drive south along the Icefields Parkway, stop for a rest at The Crossing, and then visit the expansive Bow Lake for sightseeing. Finally, we continue south and return to Banff or Calgary.
* The operating period of the optional Maligne Lake Cruise is from May 29 to October 11. The schedule is subject to change depending on lake ice conditions. When the cruise service is unavailable, the itinerary will be adjusted to a 45-minute visit to Pyramid Lake and a 15-minute visit to Patricia Lake instead.
* Due to the impact of the 2024 wildfires, Maligne Canyon may be substituted with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Bow Lake for a total of 30 minutes, based on the national park's opening arrangements.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Fuel Surcharge Collection Notice.Due to the persistently high international fuel prices, a fuel surcharge will be applied to all summer tour groups to maintain high-quality service during the summer travel season. Charging Standard 5 Canadian dollars per person per day. The arrival transfer day is excluded from the surcharge calculation. Payment Method Cash payment to be collected on tour.
- It is recommended that you book catering packages and activity items included in the itinerary as early as possible. No additional bookings will be accepted 7 days prior to departure and throughout the trip.
- The order of scenic spots and transit cities may be adjusted according to actual travel conditions such as travel schedule, weather, traffic and other objective factors. Visitors are advised not to arrange early departure from the group, otherwise you shall bear any losses incurred due to such changes.
- Please arrive at each designated assembly point 5 to 10 minutes in advance. If you miss the tour bus due to late arrival, you need to proceed to the next assembly point on your own.
- Travelers under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults aged 18 and above when joining the tour group.
- Free activities included in the itinerary will not be refunded if they cannot be provided due to force majeure such as traffic problems and bad weather, or if you fail to participate for personal reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
- Cruise tickets for Maligne Lake are limited controlled resources. When available tickets run out, local travel agencies will allocate resources based on order submission time. We will issue refunds to tourists who fail to secure tickets.
- In the Rocky Mountain Scenic Area, the temperature difference between morning and evening is quite large. The average daytime temperature in summer is 25 degrees Celsius, while the average nighttime temperature ranges from 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. Please pack suitable luggage accordingly.
- The Rocky Mountains enjoy abundant sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays in summer, so please prepare sun protection products. The area has a dry climate, making body lotion also an essential travel item.
- Wild animals are frequently spotted in the Rocky Mountain Scenic Area. Feeding them is strictly prohibited. Do not get off the vehicle to watch if you encounter large wild animals.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms throughout the trip. Violators will be fined no less than 300 Canadian dollars.
- Most hotels in the Rocky Mountain area are 3 to 4-story wooden buildings, and some are not equipped with elevators.
