What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Seward is a well-known outer port in Alaska. The sea here is rough and prone to seasickness. It is strongly recommended that you take seasickness prevention measures in advance.
- The behaviors of wild animals and marine life are unpredictable, and there is no guarantee of the number or species of animals that can be seen during the boat tour.
- You will receive an electronic confirmation form within 3 to 7 working days prior to your departure date. Please present this confirmation form along with your valid personal identification documents at designated ticket collection points to redeem your train or ferry tickets.
- You need to travel to and from the departure point on your own for this product. If you only purchase a cruise ticket, it is recommended that you arrive at the port at least 1 hour in advance for boarding.
- This product does not allow individuals under the age of 18 to purchase bus or boat tickets alone; they must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- This product requires you to hold a valid photo-bearing identification document, such as a domestic passport with a U.S. visa, a U.S. resident ID card, a U.S. driver's license, etc.
- The above product provides English commentary services by the local cruise company. Participants are required to have basic English listening and speaking skills. Please sign up according to your personal situation.
